I bought a vehicle on 22 March 2012 and it was only released after insurance was approved. On the 7th of July 2013 my account was debited by R1300 more than my normal monthly amount, 7 days later I received a message saying that my next payment will be increased by R1300 as no proof of insurance was found.

Now I want to know how is it possible to just deduct moneys from my account without any notification or consent from me?? and how is it possible to not have any documented proof on record??

After phoning them to find out what's going on, they say I must resend proof of insurance. After doing so they informed me that it wasn't received (even-though i sent it to the email address they gave me). Now i have to wait till Monday for assistance as they do not work on Saturdays.

Now it seems that I have to do their administration work for them as the don't have it anymore?!
This is COMPLETELY unacceptable!

How do you just not have it?
How can you release a vehicle without insurance?
How can you PAY for a vehicle without proof of insurance?
How can you after 16 months suddenly not have proof of insurance?

BAD BAD BAD Service, STAY AWAY!!
Waste of my time and money.
