I had this call from Woolworths this morning, and throughout the hour long conversation, I dealt with the friendliest person ever! The consultant's name is Nishaanie Hariram. The offer was Comprehensive Insurance, and from beginning to end, I enjoyed our conversation and was amazed at the efficient way in which she handled everything. Clearly she enjoys her 8am to 8pm (!) job, I am spreading the news for everyone I know to switch over to Woolworths Insurance. The saving to your Insurance premium is significant, and maybe you get a chance to talk to Nishaanie!
My message to Woolworths is... hold on to her!!!
