Proof of Tracking Unit Installation

My name is Mugammad-Zunain Karriem.

I have received an sms 3 weeks ago stating that due to the lack of proof that the tracking unit on my vehicle has been installed, my premiums will be amended (I assume higher) cause of this.

(The Dealership Kia Motors Stellenbosch has sent the Matrix certificate through on the day of purchase back in December already before I was asked to provide it again)

Between then and today, I have sent my certificate From Matrix 4 TIMES, once by fax (which was the incorrect fax number given by one of the consultants) and emailed 3 times.

I am pretty upset that I haven't gotten a response or service really. Weird that I'm struggling to get this sent to a living breathing human on the other side that could just confirm that it is in the process of being rectified.

I will be changing to another Insurance company if the amount deducted at the end of this month is higher than agreed.
