I regret switching over to Woolworths

I open an account with Woolworths & was approved with R8000 credit 2 months ago, I've even paid my 1st installment but shockingly still don't have a card, that's the 1st problem.
The agent I was speaking to introduced me to the Woolworths insurance for household which I bought into & switched over most of my policies to Woolworths Insurance, which I regret doing.

On the 6/05/2013 I registered a claim for my damaged I-pad2, on the same day I received a call & an sms from Herman, advising that they will be sending some people over to come collect my I-pad2 for repair. That was the last I heard from him,
The number 011 715 7119 that was given to me rings continuously without an answer, I have been doing follow up & trying to get hold of Herman with no success
