I have insurance cover with Woolworths for household and buildings for three years and after a power surge two weeks ago I had to claim. I spoke to Terri Wilson who was very efficient and an absolute star. She turned my bad experience into a stress free situation. I must say Woolworths is the best insurance to have and never expected such efficiency after hearing of peoples bad experiences with other insurances.
