I currently have a personal loan and credit card with African Bank. I went to my bank now to go withdraw money as I am leaving on Friday for a family FRIEND funeral and noticed that all my money has been deducted out of my account. TO MY SURPRISE I SAW EVERYTHING WAS GONE... this is the only money I have and I am leaving on Friday to go to Durban. I went t go draw a statement and noticed I had a reversal on the 29/04/2013. I did however advise african bank last month to withdraw funds on the end of the the month which they did not do. I did not receive a phone call, SMS or email notifying me that my debit order was reversed and normally African bank does this immediately if there is an unpaid debit order. I AM NOT STUCK WITH MY HANDS AGAINST MY HEAD AS I HAVE NO FUNDS TO GO TO THE FUNERAL AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! I AM HIGHLY ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED!!!
