Smartphone Application Declined

I applied for a smartphone through FNB for R154 per month. This was declined because certain credit criteria were not met. I have no idea what credit criteria they are talking about. I have an excellent credit record with no bad debts & have been banking with FNB for about 30 years. Just 2 weeks ago I was offered an overdraft of R20 000, but I can't get a cellphone for R154. This makes absolutely no sense. Typical narrow minded senseless thinking by FNB staff once again. Totally useless service!!!
