I recently downloaded a ITC report for myself. I also upgraded my credit card with FNB from a silver to gold however on my ITC record it shows that the silver credit card is still active. I tried calling FNB and got transferred to 5 departments. I dont know whats left to do because i just get bounced around from department to department.

I need the old credit card to not show as active on ITC. I upgraded to gold about 3 months ago
