EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

My credit card expired last year and I did not receive a new card from standard bank. When i called them, i was told that they dont know what happened but eventually sent a silver card to the post office which did not have any tracking details on, so i had to once again call from the post office for the details. I was then upgraded by standard bank to a gold status and when i tried to get them to send me the Gold card, i was just sent from pillar to post without resolution. Last week, i once again tried to sort this out and today, I received a sms from Umhlanga to fetch my credit card, which is still silver. I dont understand how hard it can be to get things right. You guys are just not committed to your customers and have absolutely no customer service at all. This is just one incident taht i have highlighted with standard bank but i had numerous incidents prior with them.
