PAYPAL linkage does not work

FNB prouds itself that they link your FNB account with your paypal account. I have tried SO many times, but their website does not enable you to link the two accounts. THEIR WEBSITE THUS DOES NOT WORK. It is really frustrating as I cannot transfer money from my Paypal account to my FNB account. FNB does not have to contact me, they must just fix their website...
