FNB, Paypal service not working since new website!

I'm writing this complaint on hellopeter because FNB don't seem to take their PAYPAL customers seriously.

Ever since the new website launched I've been unable to do a PAYPAL withdraw through FNB. It seems to be because my account is on status: "Awaiting Verification." - And yet it was previously verified and I was able to withdraw successfully before. - Now suddenly I can't and nobody seems able or willing to help me.

I've called them 3 times and spent over an hour on my cell trying to sort this out. - TO NO AVAIL. I've been trying to sort this out for over a week now.

Eventually when 1 person did actually call me back... they left only a first name and the Call center number which really doesn't help. I was not able to find the person again after that.

Their support is next to useless. I've been trying to sort this issue out for over a week!
What now? must I call you AGAIN!? and explain the whole story to someone else AGAIN???
