New website absolute fail

This new website is timing out more than half the time. On the times it does load, its taking forever. Just to load took nearly 1 and a half minutes. To move from My Accounts Page to my Transfers page, it takes about 40 seconds to load to 99%, then just stops. Then about another 30 secs later, it says in orange at the top "Unable to retrieve data from resultset" or something similar to that.
How can you go live with an ugly buggy monstrosity like this? I am completely unable to do any online banking using this site. I have tried using both Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer, the site does not even load. In Firefox, its really slow and has all these issues. Surely you guys have all these highly paid supposed professionals to do your development. Why could they not ensure the site was working at time of launch and able to withstand the load of all your customers?

This is the worst service I have seen from FNB in years!! Utterly disappointed and disgusted. Please fix
your $$%$ ASAP. I am highly tempted to make a written complaint to the Financial Services Board as I believe you should be fined for this!
