Bank losse money and refuse to solve thier mistake

I got offered a platinum card by FNB and fistly the card was deliverd a week late, and no identification was ask when delivered, then money sterted to go out of my account at the same time the bank lost a cheque of R18000 and when I went to the bank in Sea Point I waS TOLD TO GO TO MY BRANCH1 I have been in contact with the bank for almost a month now and they are just or not getting back to me or telling me that they are not responsible for this happening, the fack is that the had the money in thier possesion and it went missing, they refuse to solve this problem and also cant tell me what they are doing about it! I cant pay my bills and have spent a lot of money on call to the premiersuit devision to try and solve this. they are always going to call me back and never do, they have told me that they have sent me e-mails with updates on the situation but i have never recievd this.
FNB are the biggest croocks I have dealt with and they dont care about thier clients.
