I complained 14 Jan 2012 stating the last two years I have been trying to sort this out, I explained my situation and that i was hijacked and my Id was. Virgin Mobile had a debit order on my acc every month which i knew nothing about, I filled out 4 affidavits trying to solve this. I had to close my bank account. I was never contacted by Virgin regarding opening a contract and I never signed for anything, they cannot tell me what package it is or what handset I supposedly received. I am at my wits end trying to solve this problem and they keep telling me they have lost the documentation or that it is being investigated but no-one comes back to me at all. In total they have deducted over R2000 so far out of my bank account without any consent from me at all. I will suggest never to do any business with Virgin as they are unwilling to help and just dont care. I then then also gave them other contact details, they keep responding that they have tried calling me but I dont even receive missed calls on my phone. Can someone call me on 0846016526 so i can finally get answers on when my money will be refunded to me! I have had to change banking details due to this.
