Terrible service

I am a platinum account holder, what a waste of money that is, all it means is that you take more money from me and give me worse service. there is no point in saying you have a premier banker if they cannot help to solve problems. the service process is by far the worst. you are asked to verify yourself 15 times in 1 call because the consultants you speak to are unable to assist. i have made many requests for products and services from my so called bank. but you cannot be my bank because you dont care. i will be moving my account to a competitor bank maybe then you'll will start looking after your clients.
