I applied for a re-advance on my bond Thursday morning 27/6 and the consultant said it would take 3/4 working days as there was a recent bond and no registration required. I fax my document almost immidiately, after following up today the consultant said that it will take 7-10 working days to complete, how is the possible, and why would a re-advance take this long. Hope the bank can sharpen up on its service to existing clients.
