NO MONEY IN MY ACOUNT FOR 2 WEEKS

I made an auto bank deposit on the 3/03/2013 at a atm in Clearwater mall and seem to have put in R8100 instead of R8300. The mistake was seen 3 days later and corrected but I seem to not have the money available till today. I went to Roodepoort on the 8th and they assured me the money will be available the next day but it wasn't. I was stranded trying to buy meat for my sons party the next day and they said I must use my debit card to access the funds in my credit card and had to use another bank atm as at std the debit card only swipes from the cheque account and they now refuse to reverse the fees saying its another bank atm when they said I must. I went Flora centre on the 12th and they said it would be available after an hour and still nothing. I don't know what to do any more.
