Ad feedback & response on cancellation of policy

I requested documents to be sent to my email address as per the process, however, the Stratus dept. did not capture my correct email address. After finally resolving this, which took 2 days, I timeously sent the documents, however, I am still receiving emails requesting outstanding documents. This problem has been going on for the last 2 weeks and I am know extremely frustrated as there seems to be no resolution to my request.
