Peter i recently opened a life policy for the sake of my son and the fact that i use public transport each day. my first premium was due on the 1st July, which didn't go through. i then spoke to the consultant about me canceling because i knew it would be much for me but she persuaded me not to. i then told her that i do not get paid on the 15th and thus meant i couldn't be able to pay the premium. then she said that we can start on the 1st of August. i told her to call me during the 10th to see if i will be able to pay the premium on the 15th but she didn't. today i got an sms telling me my account is in overdraft, i didn't understand. i just found out that Outsurance debited my account on the 16th. with whose authority, as i said i do not get paid on the 15th. now im stuck with a charge of R115 because of you and i bet you wont cover that. peter tell them to cancel my insurance and i want nothing to do with them, EVER!
