I have made an elementary mistake by forgetting my internet banking password. I am now in Charlotte Maxeke hospital and have a desperate need to sort out my banking. This is impossible when the FNB banking website is not functioning properly (over a week now).
I phoned to sort the problem out, I was given a new user I.D. and password and believe it or not, that didn't work either.
Why do I pay all these charges if I am unable to make use of the facilities I am paying for.
