I have my vehicle financed through Wesbank, and for the whole time - never missed or short paid an installment, never!
Now - Due to unforseen circumstances, I dont have a job (income) anymore, and I am 4 months pregnant - I called them to ask for this 'helping' bank to help me, but all I got was 'sorry, its your problem not ours'.
Why is it so IMPOSSIBLE to help a customer in these circumstances? Why can they not decrease my installments for 6x months - or even freeze the account for 6 months - just to give me time to get a job and get my problems sorted out?

They just love playing '' with people's lives..
Really, really, really pathetic!
I am utterly disgusted, and cannot wait to move my vehicle over to another finance house!
WESBANK - YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND YOUR SLOGAN HOLDS NO TRUTH AT ALL!
Change it to: "Wesbank - How can we stuff up your life even further and go out of our way to NOT help you? "
