After posting my complaint on the 19 Feb 2013 I had a quick response from Standard Bank on the 20 Feb 2013. They send another assessor and I received a phone call from SB on the 11 April to tell me my damage is structural?? but will call me back during the week of the 15th to the 19th April 2013, I am still waiting. They did not even know about the second claim submitted during October 2012. SB Insurance only replace geysers.
I had no choice but to take the necessary steps to recover something after 6 months. I am very disappointed after trusting the bank with my finances for 28 years.
