Since the migration done by yourselves, everything seems to be going haywire.
Nothing makes sense on my statement and it appears that I now owe R30K more than I did since April 2013??!!! I have been battling since month-end to get my new details loaded so I can make payment.
It is impossible to get through to your toll free number-one cannot hold on forever-and this while using a cell phone. I even visited Nedbank Cresta yesterday and spent an hour there, trying to reach you via phone.
I spoke to Vilapi around 12:00.
She advised that I had to load a company beneficiary under Imperial Motor Finance Company.
Then I had to enter my new a/c number under the reference option.
I managed to find it and chose the option available on my Std Bank internet banking system as instructed by Vilapi. However, my new number: 56593340001 seems to be wrong?
It rejected w/a: "Invalid beneficiary reference or format used. Please confirm the beneficiary reference and correct format." Please advise what is going on!
You claim that I am in arrears, but it has been impossible to make an EFT payment!
I await your urgent reply.
