On the 14/12/2012 the gate fell on my nephew the bone on his leg was broken he was admitted at Baragwanath hospital so I put the claim with Absa bank for public liability since they are home loan insurer then they refer me to this Company OESCHGER Enterprises every thing was perfect Bronwen came to my house to assess after that did not recieve any calls from them every time I call them did not get feed back from them until to date 17/07/2013 they telling me the claim is been closed when I ask for the reason they said they dont know I must call ABSA then I did only the find out thier comments are brutally they said "nephew wasn't hurt" do they know how much pain he went through?
