I have cancelled my policy two months ago we on the third now. bought new car and don't need it anymore I have signed there cancellation form emailed and faxed it. I emailed them (x 3), saying my debit order still going off and they need to refund me. NO RESPONSE. so I phoned they told me they'll phone me back and apologise they will make sure my account sorted out. its been twee weeks still no call back.
ITS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
