NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED

On the 04/07/2013 I went into STD bank Nigel branch and filled in the paper work for an access bond link.
A week 11/07/2013 after applying for it I got in contact with the home loans call centre to find out what was going on and they advised the fax was not received from the branch where I apploes for it. I then went back to the same branch that day and they re faxed the documents for me and showed me the fax confirmation report for both days that it did go through ok. Tomorrow being the 18/07/2013 TWO WEEKS after applying for the link I don't even know if the application has been received as no one has bothered to contact me!

I need this sorted out today as I need access to the money paid 15 years in advance for a private emergency matter which could mean life or death for my little one!
