Turning Homeloan account into a flexibond

In August last year I made an application to turn my homeloan account into a flexibond account so that I could deposit and remove funds as required. I filled in all the forms and was told that it would take about 2 weeks to complete. It is 11 months since my application, I have had to redo all the forms 3 times as ABSA have lost each form I have completed. I have resubmitted my ID a further 2 times - 5 in total and still no flexibond activated. After a formal complaint to ABSA on line, I was introduced to a new consultant from the same Pretoria Branch (Andries Steet) who was very apologetic and even came to my office to redo the forms for a 4th time - he told me it would be submitted immediately and take 3 weeks... that was 5 weeks ago... there has been no phonecall from the branch explaining the delay. Indeed over the last 11 months it has always been me that has chased up the consultant - each time I am given a promise of action and a return phone call within a specified time... I never receive that return call and my account has still not been turned into a flexi account. The Branch service is diabolical. I wonder if the simple task can be finalized before a year is up next month?
