I have been with standard bank since 2011, i have recently went to the bank to change my saving and details.
i signed the necessary forms at the parktown branch and realised that my request had not been done or was not completed by the consultant. i signed and asked the necessary questions regarding my account.
i was under the impression that everything was OK, until i went to the bank again 6 months back to enquire about my account and savings. to my surprise my request had not been done, i went again 2 months back and asked they redo my request this time i tried Jabulanimall and standard bank has failed to complete my request, i then decided to request and signed forms and check my account and redo everything with the branch in south gate. its been a month now with the new request and redo with standard bank south gate.
i am still not happy because my accounts and saving request have not been completed again. standard bank has failed to complete and play the competence in regards to my account. i want to stay with standard bank but with this incompetence and unsatisfying service please advice why my request is difficult to handle. i'm an angry client.
