I would like the thank both Louise and Gunther Appelgryn at ABSA Durbanville Financial Advisors for the manner in which they monitored and noticed an error on the part of Liberty when processing my monthly life insurance premium. Although I did notice a higher premium, my assumption as to the reason for this increase was incorrect. Had they not checked the debit order on my account and approached Liberty, I would not have received an apology and offer to rectify the matter and ensure that I am not financially prejudiced.
