Its been 2 days now in an attempt to transfer monies out of my trust into my bank account. I've attempted the various ways to get hold of momentum. Day 1 I was promised that the redemption form would be e-mailed to me. Till today I have not received it. Then Clayton Lazarus replied asking for a "PP number" I replied with my contract number to which I have not received a response for 24 hours. I called in to the helpdesk on 0860669876 after waiting for half an hour the lady who answered the call was non responsive after supplying her my contract details... whilst giving them to her she did not respond after which she just dropped the call... Her name was Lerato... Momentum your service smells like poo... How can you treat your paying customers like this???
