I was contacted intitally by Mr Douglas Gordon, who informed me that he will be handling my claim and assisting me with my matter. From day one for Mr Gordon has assisted me with excellent service and gone the extra mile as I resided in Cape Town and he needed documents from Durban to be completed. I am extremely impressed with the service he offered me and the fact that I was given feedback for everything that he had done.
