I am an existing client, and tried to complete an online application (on the new offer) but the OTP does not come through to my cellphone. Daisy assisted me online (and she was helpful) but after I logged out, logged in again and did the entire process again (as told) the OTP still does not come through. If my application is unsuccessful it would be great if that is the answer given - not cool to be left just "hanging"!!
