I have an agreement with DMC to pay an amount of R550 on the 26th of every month because that is when i get paid, Today they decided to deduct early which is a clear violation of the agreed debit order date and a violation against my rights in accordance with the consumer protection act.
i called the call centre and spoke to Sikona, i asked what was the reason for the early debit, the 26th doesn't fall within a weekend, I've never missed a payment, so what could possibly be the reason? her response was the system. why is a system error my problem?
i asked to speak to a Supervisor and apparently there are no contact numbers for them and they are all in a meeting.ja right.
i requested that she put through a refund request, which apparently takes 48 hrs even though they greedily deduct money. if they can dedut today why cant i get my money back today/ i need this resolved asap.
also i requested her to put a note on that i'll be putting a stop order on this payment due to DMC being incapable of billing on the correct date and i will lodging a complaint with the consumer protection act against DMC
