Called this morning - got a quote for a upgrade, requested it in writing via email, waiting from this morning till now, NO ONE HAS CALLED, I then called 4 times asking for a team leader or manager, every time I call they say there is no team leader on the floor, I have 2 questions - WHY DOES IT TAKE 8 HOURS TO SEND ONE EMAIL and SECONDLY WHY IS THE CALL CENTRE UNSUPERVISED FOR THE ENTIRE DAY WITH NO TEAM LEADER ON THE FLOOR TO SPEAK TO A IRATE CLIENT
