I am beyond upset with the service I have received from Santam /Dentech I took my policy in good faith that Santam was looking after my best interest, but I see it is Santam's policy to train there staff to help cover up the mistakes made by the company who's services you so happly plied on my family. At the end of the day my dash was not broken when my car went into Dentech and Ian Marsh of Imperial Select Strydom Park who assessed my car on the day I went to Santam to have it assessed will confirm there was no damage to my dash. I am not lying, in Jacques mail he refers to wiring running under my dash for a GPS system I clearly stated in my policy I do not have tracker so what ever wiring he is talking about I have no knowledge of, so how come he knows if he says they never touched my dash. I have photos of my own which I think clearly shows no crack which and another photo I took today where you can see the crack. I need to know if this is the stance Santam is taking because then I must proceed with further action and contact the Ombudsman as Dentech did break my dash this I swear on my life.
