I've received numerous letters in the post from Junior Moerane from Absa with a contact number that he/she never answers, email address that when I send emails don't respond and this is all in connection with some arrears amount when I call absa to find out they transfer me to that number that just rings with no response.

The letters are threatening about repossession if I don't pay, I'm currently under debt review and if I do received 1 more letter from this person regarding that amount I will have no choice but to take this up with the Ombudsman.
