Oyfriend and i broke up while i was at work he my belongings out of my flat and ran away. After i made a charge of at the saps they declined my claim stating because he was my boyfriend he is part of my household and not willing to pay out my claim. If this is the service delivery from this company they should not be able to trade as a insurance company as they people and take there premiums very fast each month but deliver no service when their clients are in need.
