I contacted the Wesbank contact centre and spoke to Nokulinda regarding a query.
She assisted me to the best of her ability with a solution-oriented mind frame.
I thought wow! this lady is on fire..and than asked her another question that I needed assistance with, even though it was not her specialisation, she went the extra mile, and assisted me, she also provided me with the correct nr for the department that dealt with my query.
On top of that she told me which options to select so that I do not have to hold on.
