I have just received an sms saying that my funeral dignity plan was unpaid, and that you will debit again to try and recover the amount. I know for a fact that the debit order went through.
I do not want to be double debited on my account, can someone pls call me back so that we can sort this out.
If i dont receive a call i will definetely cancel this policy and you will not have access to my account.
