CAN IT BE CORRECT

I, just want to know, why is my Internet banking so, much.

I did close an old account. Cell C, told me, they did stop debit the old account, by end of May

There should not be any activity, on my old account since its been closed. This is the second time that I complain about this matter, still awaiting feedback
