Every year your policy increases that I understand so when I called to ensure that that doesn't happen (as I have done every year) I got nothing but a refusal but only if I took out or reduced certain cover this is nonsense I am a loyal customer who always sings the praises of dial direct but not anymore I will not. Is this the unhelpful service we get now a days. I am so dissapointed and will now change my insurance company thanks for 4 years but your helpfulness has cost you this custome
