I HAVE BEEN A ABSA HOME LOAN CLIENT FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS IN PAYING EVER PAYMENT ON TIME THIS YEAR THINGS HAVE GONE BAD FOR US WITH A ILLNESS OF MY HUSBAND WHICH CAUSED HIM TO LOOSE HIS INCOME I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT RESTRUCTURING PAYMENT FOR MY HOME LOAN AND WAS REFERRED TO THE RESTRUCTURING DEPT THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME AND INFORMED ME MY INCOME WAS TOO LOW SINCE THEN EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PAID HALF OF THE PAYMENT EVERY MONTH I RECEIVE CALLS UP TO SIX TIMES A DAY AND WAS TREATED VERY BADLY BY GERDA FROM THAT DEPT WHO WANTED A DATE FOR MY PAYMENT I FIND THIS OUTRAGEOUS THAT ONE CANNOT SEE A CONSULTANT TO BE HELPED WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
