I lost my card on the 05.07.13 around 16H45 and immediately within seconds I already blocked the card, then the following day I went to their colonnade branch to get a replacement card and report it, they gave me my replacement and was informed that it will only work after 24hours, sunday 07.07.2013 I went to the ATM to check the balance and withdraw money, only to find out that R700.00 was withdrawn from my PURESAVE ACC which I had it blocked or stopped, so Monday morning I went back to their colonnade branch to report these and they put me through their department and I spoke nathi who wasn't friendly at all, and he told that they gonna have to go through their procedure and they will get back to on after 10days, till now nothing has happened I tried calling them all I get is consultants are busy.
