I changed employers on 01 July and phoned in the morning at 08:35 and spoke to Thandeka to change my debit order date from 25th to 28th of every month and was told that I can't change my debit order date without a letter from my HR department. We have an office of 10 people and we don't have an HR department. So Bruma finance would rather have a debit order bounce than change the date to 3 days later? I also needed my email address changed but didn't even get that far.
Suppliers are the first to harass you when your debit order doesn't go through but when you try to notify them of changes you hit a brick wall
