I've been Bruma Finance's client for the past 3yrs and i've been happy getting my statement on time on the day that the bedit order goes through so i can see how much i'm left with. The minute i changed companies things stated to change. I called them informing them that i no longer work and i will start paying my loan manually not as i used to as a debit order and i gave them my person e-mail address i even changed the debit order date. Know all of a sudden every month i have to call beg and swear for my statement which i do not get anymore. I spoke to Londy and Isabel on several occasions even send them e_mail to send me my statement but they seem to ignore my e-mails as l still have not received for May statement. Have things changed? Do we know can to call and beg for our statement as clients? If so let me know so i know. I find this very unprofessional and disrespectful for Bruma Finance to treat their customers in this manner. What is going on?
