Dissatisfaction of late responses

I have an old mutual policy and have in the past called in to inquire about my account and they could not pick up my ID!
I have since changed bank accounts and would like to emend my records but i cannot register with My Portfolio since they cant also recognize my policy number.
I have since wrote them an email 6 days ago and no one has responded or even called to find out what it is that i wanted. I am on the verge of cancelling my policy with them because of such in competencies. I am really disappointed with Old Mutual
