ABSA Motor Breakdown Insurance find any excuse!

I bought a BMW 525i through a private sale in February. I was obliged by ABSA to take a breakdown insurance from THEM as a precondition for financing. I paid 7350 for a 2 year insurance called Ultimate 3. On 02 July my car's gearbox started to malfunction and I took it to a BMW dealer where I was told the gearbox samp needed to be replaced. I then called the number on the policy, only to be told firstly that they can't see the policy in the system. I was then asked to fax the policy, which I did, and it took 2 days for the policy to be loaded. I was then given a policy number and referred to the claims department. The claims department informed me that I needed to ask the dealer to call them. When The dealer called they asked for all sort of information. To date they have not given approval, they also claim that the samp is not covered, which is not correct. They accepted my premium but now refuse to honor their obligations under the policy. The service from their administrator Innovation Group's call centre was atrocious to say the least, they even refused me to talk to the supervisor, claiming on three occasions that all supervisors are in a meeting.
