First National Bank
Transfer Late

This morning my husband made a transfer for his FNB account to my FNB account as I needed the money urgently we thought this would not be an issue. After two hours still not reflecting in my account I phone FNB they told me I had to wait another 2hour as the turn around time for FNB to FNB is 4hours. So I waited phone again after 4 hours then they told me it will take up to 24hours. So please do explain to me why I am at FNB and my husband if we could be at any other bank and the get the money transferred at same amount of time
This now my second problem with FNB in my 3months that I have switch, I am really starting to regret my move
