I typing this from Arusha in Tanzania as the bank in South Africa will not release my money and is saying that i need to go back to my bank and change the name is it is incorrect... how did they release my money since August last year if this is a problem now. they say to me that I need to go into my bank here and do the transfer over again that's gonna cost something like R600 for summing that's not my problem... they say that they will not charge me for the change but the other banks might...
why is it so hard to make the customer happy and if there is a problem why does it tak so long to find out theres a problem and at the expense of the client and not the bank...
