I apply for a new card .i receive the card then get told i must re send all my details like bank statement, id ect... again, after i already send with the courier who dropped the card!
i try get hold of vanessa johnson at virgin and get no answer and she doesn't return my emails as well.
how did i get the card in the first place if they dont have my details and why cant they just answer my emails, i sent bank statement by mail but no answer, phone just rings!
